I considered putting this one in the “online tools” category, since I can think of more applications than just an anti-spam one. Still, this is how the site itself presents this functionality.
At Altruists International, you can convert text to GIF. The result looks like this. As long as spammers can't harvest your address from gifs, you can use this as an anti-spam way of presenting your mail address.

Yes, the main reason i present the
contact email for my site with a
graphic file is to reduce the likelihood
of its being harvested and added to a
spam list. The text to GIF converter
is handy for anyone who doesn't have
graphics software of their own, but these days i'd think that a person who had hir own site would also have some graphics software at hir disposal, too.
