I considered putting this one in the “online tools” category, since I can think of more applications than just an anti-spam one. Still, this is how the site itself presents this functionality.
At Altruists International, you can convert text to GIF. The result looks like this. As long as spammers can't harvest your address from gifs, you can use this as an anti-spam way of presenting your mail address.
